Absolute auction Wednesday September 16th @ 10:30 AM. The real estate shall be sold on the terms of (10%) cash at the time of sale and balance on credit of thirty (30) days bearing interest at the rate of twelve percent (12%) per annum from the date of sale until the purchase price is paid in full. The successful bidder, however, has the right to pay the entire purchase price in cash at the conclusion of the sale. In the event the entire purchase price is not paid in full at the conclusion of the sale, a bond in favor of the Master Commissioner, with good surety approved by the Master Commissioner, will be executed by the successful bidder at the time of the sale in order to secure the remaining balance of the purchase price. If the successful bidder fails to either pay the ten percent (10%) deposit, execute the previously described bond or provide a surety that is approved by the Master Commissioner, then the Master Commissioner shall immediately reject the bid and resell the property
